Red face Most feature-rich format for the iLiad?

Hi everyone!

I received my iLiad 2nd edition yesterday and I'm in love

I've been experimenting with different filetypes to see which is better and I noticed a few things:

- With PDF I cannot increase font size
- With mobi I cannot zoom in

Is there any format for the iLiad that's better than these? What are your opinions?

Also, how can I perform a search within a book? I can't find it in the manual.

Thanks!

Laura

The idea of "zooming" on a MobiPocket book is meaningless; a Mobi book simply reformats itself for whatever font size you select.

Unfortunately the implementation of the Mobi reader on the iLiad is pretty poor; it lacks features which pretty much every other implementation has.

So, probably, in other ereaders I'd be able to select a basic font for all my ebooks and not depend on what the file says? Damn, I wish I had known that before.

Still love my iLiad, though

You can reformat the PDF file and embed whatever font changes you want to make into it.
