Kindles with 3G
I thought that a kindle with 3G could either connect via wifi or through the local cell phone towers to get to amazon. Thus if I had a kindle with 3Gm which I don't I could buy books from amazon when I am at work or at home or while in transit between the two (My office will not allow me to use my wifi kindle to connect to their network). Now I am told that is not correct.

Other than the first 2 incarnations of the Kindle—which were 3G-only, I've always been under the impression that you had a choice between Wifi-only and Wifi+3G. 3G-only is not an option that I'm aware of, anymore.

What's the question, exactly?
