LRF TOC is dead in 6.40

v6.40 reenabled the LRF viewer, but now all TOC's in LRF's consist of dead links in the viewer.

(TOC's were created in Book Designer and still work in the Sony 300.)

It's *ALL* LRF books, no matter when they were made. The links work in Sony Library. Error when I click a TOC link is:

ERROR: ERROR: Unhandled exception: AttributeError:'Page' object has no attribute 'children'

Sigh, apparently there was an API change in Qt that's causing these problems. There'll be a proper fix in the next release.

Kovid, thanks for all your work. I'm sure some of these unexpected glitches can be frustrating. Calibre is absolutely great. It makes the world a better place.
