Singapore Library checkout working?
Is checkout working at the Singapore Library?
I tried checking a book (epub) out yesterday and today, and I can't get past the confirm checkout? I can add it to my cart, but when I go to "MY Cart->Proceed to Checkout" and click on the "Confirm Checkout" button, nothing happens. Anyone else having this problem or successfully checking out? I can successfully checkout a book from FLP. Thanks. |

I have the same problem.
I sent helpdesk an email and "they are looking into it and will respond to me soon" (two hours ago) It's not the first time I have problems when checkout but usually it doesn't take so long to work again. hannah |

I checked out an ebook once and it took me about a month to receive it.

And as of right now it's still not fixed, so I'm going to lose the book in my cart in another 20 minutes. Bummer.

I just tried a minute ago and was able to download a book successfully so it seems to be fixed. |

Yep, it woks for me now too. Unfortunately, not in time to get the book I had on reserve on Friday, so I'm back in the queue for that.

NNolan that is so unlucky!
I was almost in the same position with a book available from my reservation list and the checkout not working. But luckily for me I managed with a few hours to spare. I hope you're not too far back in the queue now. |
