Using libprs500

I have downloaded the newest version of libprs500. My question is this. What is the best format to download and convert for the Sony Reader? I downloaded a couple HTML books from gutenburg.org However I think I did something wrong when I converted it. If someone could attach a couple books for me to practice on I would appreciate it. I mean the GUI is easy to use and I can add books just fine I just havent been able to convert one successfully.

Thanks
Jerry

Ok since I am using a Mac then I will download the HTML version and convert it to LRF and I should be fine. Does this also go for HTML books that are purchased? Or are they locked?
