Is there a log reader

Would like some help in reading the Server_access_log file. I tried an Apache log reader, didn't seam to work.
I am using the current Portable version.

Are you using the Log viewer built into Calibre: Preferences: Sharing... ?
(shows both logs)

Thanks Ducks, I am aware of the one in Calibre. I was looking for a log reader to sort out and maybe help decipher.

I don't know what the IP address from 58.218.199.*** are doing.

The 401 returns normally mean authorisation failure.
