nook color exploring menus

So I am using perfect viewer and I open the option's menu, and I can't seem to find a way to go back to the previous menu or even exit it altogether. How do I do this? there is no back button. if i press nook home button it just exits the app and when i come back , the menu is still there.

Don't you have icons on the bottom of the screen for navigation? There should be a curved arrow icon to go back...
