I'll give that a try. I had started just using html files, and they worked just find. However, I like the .prc files a little better because they seem to be formatted better. Thanks for the advice.

Upon further reading, I noticed that the freezing of the .prc files only seems to occur when I have the text enlarged. When I keep the size at default, I don't seem to run into the issue, or at least haven't yet.

I am reading a different book now and have only had one or two crashes so far. In both cases, holding the EXIT button brought me back to the main menu. That is a workable solution for me. I used to read prc files on my Blackberry and it would periodically close the reader, so this is no worse.

May I jam in because I'm also interested in the EZ PP. I usually retrieve full-content enews from Mobireader desktop and move them to my iPHone for reading. Can someone try this file by:
1. opening it, show the list of news link and show the screen to me 2. pick one of the news, display the news content, and show the screen to me. Just wish to check whether it display prc file properly before I take a plunge. Thanks in advance. |

Regular, BOLD and italic look good Actually, this PRC file looks way better tan any I have read on my PEZ. It looks like it was made for the PEZ. OK, bad news: I stopped on page 9 while I typed this reply. STUCK (I have had this happen with some files before. Yesterday it was RTF, I used OO to change them to TXT and things got fine.) I held the "Back" button, and returned to the Library list. NB file is on my SD card as USB is unreliable with XP. |

Theducts...thanks for trying out. Seems not so stable for prc file, but look very promising in terms of display.
