How to add *.pobi in one directory to one tag

I've wrote a script to download many .pobi (in fact .mobi) files that are created by calibri on my VPS to /mnt/us/documents/Issues/ daily, but how to put them in Issues tag on Kindle automatically? I only wanna operate on the files from this folder.

Calibre Collection hooks? maybe? not sure.....

There is a database at /var/local/cc.db that contains all the collections. This is a sqlite3 database (kt ships with sqlite3). You may have to write a script that modifies that db based on the "issues" folder.
