Having HPL's fiction all in one file is awesome, thank you! Are the Clark Ashton Smith stories just his Mythos works, or is it everything? I'm not as familiar with his writing as Lovecraft's.

You seems to have included Clark Ashton Smith in the HP Lovecraft zip files and vice-versa, so that both zips conatin both books.

Many thanks for the Lovecraft. I made a quick cover based on a CC Cthulhu picture from http://www.flickr.com/photos/coldways/58225362/ by Kevin Meehan, which I attach here for others to use if they like.

The format used by the Sony Reader. An assortment of tools exist for creating and manipulating Sony LRF files. See Calibre, written by MR poster Kovid Goyal for the best example.

The problem with putting the titles at the bottom is some stories have chapters and the story names would stop showing up and instead show chapter titles instead. So it was just easier to have none. That's the way Books Designer works.

You could configure BD to make the footers from subtitles and add a subtitle for each story. But this would involve having some story titles twice on a page, so might not look good.

I'm a bit worried about the mention of Clark Ashton Smith. He didn't die until 1961, so his work is still in copyright in both Canada and the USA. If the file contains his work then we have to delete it.

The original attachment was a ZIP file that contained the Lovecraft and Ashton Smith books. The Aston Smith book as since been removed so the Lovecraft book can remain.
