Well now the epubs don't crash my 505....but the text doesn't word wrap and I cannot see half of each sentence (tried different magnifications and screen orientation).

Kovid - if you look at the epub on your 505 can you see all of each sentence?

Thanks always for your help. If it does not work I will use my bookglutton ones, though.

delete the file main.css before converting and you will be fine. calibre preserves style information when converting, bookglutton doesn't. In this case, the style information actually makes the HTML non reflowable.
