Warranties
Anyone aware of the THREE levels Kobo seem to offer?
Bronze / Silver / Gold Bronze looks to be what comes with the unit out of the box. And one of Silver / Gold looks to be what you could purchase as the extended warranty on the Touch. I know when I bought the extra coverage, I only had the one choice though. |

As I see it gold is worthless. You can ship it back to them and they will fix it for $59.99.
The difference between the standard and the bronze is that with bronze user caused damage (Like; sat on screen, coffee spill), and then silver is two years. Last edited by The Terminator; 10-29-2011 at 08:57 PM. |
