Since Amazon dropped the price today on Kindle 2 to $189, I thought it might be a good time to remind anyone who might be on the fence about purchasing one about the $100 discount offer from Audible.com.

That would drop the price of a Kindle 2 to $89!

It's cheaper just to buy a kindle. However IF one listens to audio books AND one wants a kindle this is a great deal.

Right; the post was aimed at those who are interested in a Kindle AND audio books, hence, the wording, "For anyone who likes audiobooks..."
