Kobo Glo and boarding pass
Anyone has experience of using mobile boarding passes on e-ink displays?

yes, no, maybe.
What do you expect from such a question. 98 views and no replies. You want to know if it is possible. I have no experiences with that, but just save your boarding pass as pdf (pdfcreator), move it to your kobo, and show it at the check in. shouldn´t be a problem. My guess. I wouldn't rely on an eInk reader for that sort of thing. It lacks clarity and could easily be disputed, in which case you'd be outta luck...

you shouldn't have any problem.
my iphone 3gs has a 320x480 display with 163 ppi and no problem with the bar code to scan at the gate. your glo has a 1024x768 with 221 ppi. |

Even if it works once, I would never rely solely on it. Never know who'll wake up on the wrong side of the bed and decide that s/he has issues with it.
Regarding the above post, smart phones have become an extremely versatile tool for a huge portion of the population and an acceptable method for many things, but you rarely see people use ereaders for anything other than reading, and so many people have no idea what the heck it even is. I think familiarity may be a bigger factor than size and resolution. Of course, I may be way off. |

I tried using my Touch for this on a train once. But, they wanted to staple the luggage check to the ticket!
