HELP! My reader locked up!
 Last night before I went to bed, I plugged my Sony PRS 500 into my computer to charge. I forgot that I had not yet loaded it onto this laptop, but I don't know if that's the problem or not. Anyway...when I woke up this morning, I went to unplug it, and the screen said "Reader Opening book...". Now it is stuck there. I have tried to turn it off...no luck. I have tried hitting the reset button...no luck. I have pushed every button on the thing, and nothing works. I have considered just letting it sit there until the battery runs out, but who knows when that will be. Has anyone run into this or know how to fix the problem?

Ok, I had a brain fart. I posted this under the wrong forum. I have a PRS 300, not the 500. I will repost this in the correct forum. Sorry!

sounds like the battery is already dead, do you have a wall charger?

I don't have a wall charger, but apparently I have a faulty USB port. I changed ports and tried it again, and it worked fine. Thanks!
