Why Can't I Delete From My Archive?

When I cemetery it tells me it is deleting but when I go back to check the items are still there!

Well, the problem got worse and worse! Suddenly nothing would open from my library onto the eink side! Then it was showing my sd card as being empty!!! I reset the thing, rebooted. That didn't help. So I tried flipping out, cursing god and the universe, then crying in a corner wearing nothing but soiled boxers and sucking my thumb while rebooting another couple times... and it worked! Anybody who has this issue please follow my procedure exactly! Results do not lie.

Ok, I'm a grade A procrastinator. In light of the other issues I'm now having I'd like to know the best way to be in touch with tech support. Suggestion?

Wait times aren't too bad in my 4 or 5 calls to them. If they don't answer with in a minute or so, you get rolled into a general voice mail box. Leave a message and they usually call back the same day assuming you didn't hit them at 4:45pm EST
