if it is a firmware update it will probably be some significant enhanced features since it warranted a blog post with date and time.

i dunno, but i'll definitely be checking back at 230.
While I agree they usually just post something on the forum for firmware updates, I was thinking that since we're all kind of expecting big things for 2.0 that it might be that! Still keeping my fingers crossed...and they're getting kinda cramped...come on 2:30!

While I doubt its the excitement most of us were hoping for, its actually a very nice addition to the eReading world, and should get a different group of people excited about Kobo and eReading in general.

That's it???????? Wow talk about a disappointment. I've been waiting for the functionality of the Kobo Apps on my KT since I bought it. I was pretty surprised when I got my KT and found out that the apps had more features than the actual device. Thought we were finally getting it.

Didn't Sameer say the majority of Kobo owners are over the age of 50? How many are on facebook?

Call me bitter, but maybe getting their device to sync to ios, handle endnotes in a less glacial wayand a search feature and multiple bookmarks would be a better start...
