hello- advice for a newbie
Glad I found this forum!
I am looking for advice re a reader with main choices being sony pocket reader vs kindle 1 or kindle 2.

Of importance to me is:
selection of books
cost
battery life
weight
and- reliability/breakage

Wireless arrival of books, highlighting, playing music, touchscreens, aesthetics ---all are of little/no importance for me.

Hi & welcome to MR. Not sure which reader you are thinking of, but I can tell you that I am very happy with mine. The selection of books depends on the bookstore, the availability on your geographic location - anyone in the US is a very lucky person indeed. The rest of the world has it a bit more difficult.
