3M library eBooks not downloading
I've installed the 3M app under Windows 10. I've downloaded one eBook and now I go to borrow another and it no longer downloads. How to I fix this?

Probably due to my PC's download speed or the load on the library's server. If the book doesn't show up, close/re-open the 3M app on your PC and try "My Books" again. In some cases, I've had to sign-in again at the library and click "Read" again. On my PC, the 3M books are stored in the same directory as my Adobe Digital Editions books: "C:\Users\Owner\Documents\My Digital Editions". Good luck. |

I have the 3M app installed. From the website, I get the resd button. I click that and it says I can read using the app. I go to the app and get told it's queued for download and it doesn't download.

I've never received the "queued for download" message. After getting the message, have you tried to download a different title? Have you tried to "Return" the book that is stuck in the queue?

It has happened to me with two books in all the time I've used the app. No solution. I've had to return then and check out later.
