Want to find an ebook

Hello,
I'm looking for Needless Casualties of War by John Paul Jackson in ebook format. The book is available on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/Needless-Casua...sr=8-1-catcorr here, however the ebook format cannot be found.

Does anyone have this ebook or know of a place where I can get it?

I just tried searching for it at http://ebooks.addall.com/. No luck. If that site doesn't list it, I'd assume it's just not available yet as an ebook.

Maybe you should drop a line to the publisher.
