As in the above example, tags can be pretty worthless.
I've been using Amazon's recommendation system (Customers Who Bought This Item Also Bought) along with online reviews. So far it's working well for me. |

I suspect that this is counterbalanced (or more than counterbalanced) by the people who *do* read the book because it is in the preferred genre.

I use "Download Metdata" for my kindle collection. You can find the genre tagged into your collection. But sometime the tags are just too many. You can choose the one which appeals more to you.

I do use Calibre, but not all of the books have metadata, or a working ISBN# that I can use to find metadata. That is why I was hoping for a site.

hmmmm... Even if you get a website, it wont satisfy you. Tagging is a personal taste and needs to be done maually for best results. There would be multiple tags; most of them you would not have heard of!
