Samsung to sue Apple over 4G LTE-enabled iPhone 5
Great, more lawsuits:
http://tech2.in.com/news/smartphones...phone-5/431422 If these two keep going at it we may all end up with GooPhones. This is ridiculous. |

Samsung should innovate instead of litigate.

What's the actual patent, though?

This is no different then a rectangle and a rectangle with rounded corners. HTC acquired the patents at issue in April 2011, around the same time it began selling its first LTE phone, the Thunderbolt. HTC is suing Apple over LTE and may win: http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2012-0...judge-say.html Samsung is joining the fight: http://www.legitreviews.com/news/14112/ |

What we do know is that Samsung has a good history of innovation in this area, with over 800 patents, while Apple had no 4G patents a year ago. Since then they've developed 44 and bought another 300 or so. http://online.wsj.com/article/SB1000...302481872.html Graham |

I actually feel sorry for Apple now. Think Sammy should let them off as they are clearly struggling.
