PRS-500 internal memory ammount.
What is the real ammount of memory for the PRS-500? It's supossed to have about 64MB, according to the user guide, but both libprs500 and Connect report more than 80MB available.

You should have approx 94MB available for storage in internal memory. One of the few cases where you get more than the spec .

They spec'ed out 64MB as the amount they reserve for the user's, ehm ... use. I thought it was a lot classier way to go than the usual approach of saying, "Our device has X amount of memory! (But you only get Y amount of it for your own stuff.)"
Those kind of games are annoying, even if they are the norm. |
