Just install custom 3.3 kernel from yifanlu's thread and you're good to go.

hi, i installed the custom 3.3 kernel already..but it doesnt work..next button is still spacebar..

Did you use this installer ? Was installation successful ?
It should whipe previous modification, because it contains original key mapping.

@seaniko7: if you still have everything in place for compiling, source etc, could you be so kind to provide a version of this kernel with KEXEC enabled, like it is on the Kindle Touch? It would be very easy for me and other people who don't have a serial cable to test new kernels and see if they could boot.

@giorgio130: I thought about it while I was bombing my KT with custom kernels, initramfs, modules etc.

Unfortunately I need to prepare sandbox for K3. I'll compile 3.3 kernel with kexec support in a day or two.

There are more links about it as well. Are you asking if you can just dump the 3.3 recovery kernel on a DX? Err. That's doesn't sound like it would work.

Although AFAIK there hasn't been a 3.4 DX yet so you could be the first.
