Unhappy Too many hyphenated words

Hi,

When I try to read side loaded epubs from my memory card, I find there are too many hyphenated words.(as in every third line has a hyphenated word)
It's too annoying and irritating, I have to keep an eye on both the lines.

I tried the 'remove unnecessary hyphenation' option in Calibre but that didn't help one bit.

Is there any other way??

Thanks

There are a couple of ways, setting CSS properties (Nook STR/Color uses Adobe RMSDK):

adobe-text-layout: optimizeSpeed;

adobe-hyphenate: none | explicit | auto

Thanks tomsen for helping me out.
It's kind of awkward, but I don't know how to do change those CSS properties, or where to put these settings/commands. Is this something I have to change in Calibre, while converting the epub..?

Yes, it can be done thru Calibre conversion. Look at the last 2 posts of the mobileread thread for the answer to your question.
