PDF to Mobi - says it's DRMed, but I stripped it already...

Hi, I'm trying to convert a PDF file to Mobi format to read on a Kindle, but I get a Calibre error message saying that it's DRMd and to strip it first. I've already stripped it, however. I'm using the latest version of Calibre (.6). Is this a known issue?

PDF files often have no copying and no printing flags set. calibre respects these. Typically DRM stripping software doesn't reset these flags.

Okay, this makes sense. It's worked for other PDF files, but this specific file must have the flags. Thanks for your help!
