Its when you want follow up service that things can get iffy. Especially if you have a new question, and they aren't sure what to do about it yet.

Unfortunately, I suspect they are somewhat small and almost all questions are 'new' questions.
Well, I may have to confirm your experience. I've sent an email to their support yesterday at 6 pm.
It was about not seeing the Micro SD card in ADE, only the internal memory.
So far, no response. Not even confirmation about having received the email.

You did not ask for shots from EZ Reader (Hanlin V3) with mobile ADE, but here they are anyway. These are low resolution scans, but should be enough for those familiar with 6" EInk screens. Full justification is supported, but I am disappointed in the font size selection. There are 5 sizes, but the smallest is very small and the largest is huge.

mgmueller, on yor photo the round lines of characters like O, D, B look rather edged, not smooth.

Is this because of the font used? Hope so.

I've just added 2 more photos. Glare, but else that's exactly what it looks like. I didn't install any additional fonts yet, that's the standard set/quality.
I'll compare to a commercial ePUB asap.

I see what you mean about the page looking like a printed page that is running out of ink.

With the glare , does this device show glare more than say the 505 or kindle2 ?

You know how everybody came down on 700 for having glare problems, how does this device compare with the others in the glare dept.

Just to disappoint and encourage you even more: That's an ePUB. PDF is even worse. I've tried to take some pictures. But in the zooming levels I'm talking about, the font gets so "thin", you can't even photograph it and still get a realistic impression.

Glare in my opinion is identical to Sony 505 or Kindle 2. Definitely less than Sony 700. It's just the light conditions here in the hotel.

Meaning: For ePUB, I think it's close to Sony 505. Not quite there yet, as long as I can't access my Micro SD card from within ADE.
For PDF, it's one of the worst. I guess I'll delete all the PDFs and it will be my mobile ePUB unit.

Commercial ePUB

Sorry for the glare. Lighting conditions in the hotel, not the unit itself.

The Opus looks jagged whereas the 505 looks a lot smoother. Is this really the case or is this just because the photo enlargens the screen of the Opus?

Hate to be a prick, but could you also take a screenshot of a pdf I quickly set up? Just the first Chapter from Pride and Prejudice...but I'd like to see how pdf shows up on it...

I guesstimated the pdf size so it probably isn't ideal for the screen, but it'd be interesting to see anyway.
