DOCX to Epub problems with symbols

Hello everyone, I am Alexander from Germany. I want to publish a book of mine as an Ebook for free, therefore I need to convert it from DOCX to EPUB format (or any other). After I've opened the Word file and completed conversion, some funny things happen, e.g. the font size changes all the sudden. I think I can fix that myself. What I can't change is that extremely enlarged symbols (i.e. sunglasses from the symbol gallery) are lost during conversion. This is a pity since they are needed as chapter pictures. Any idea what I could do? Many thanks.

The epub file is attached (the original Word 2013 (docx) file is not attached, system didn't allow upload ...). Hope that will be enough. I have not changed anything in the calibre settings.

<p class="block21"><img alt="Image" class="calibre11" src="../Misc/image.emf" /></p>

Drawings, symbols, etc are not supported by the conversion. You need to convert those into ordinary images in png or jpg format and embed them in the document, then they will work. Or use the word save as clean html tool which will do the conversion for you.
