Help with eBookwise Librarian

Maybe I just don't know how to use the software, but I am having trouble copying my books to my device.

I am able to go to my online bookstore on the device and see what I have in my selected library, and I can copy them over to my device, but when I want to go to another library and add those books over, my device won't refresh the online bookshelf.

I have to constantly, undo the USB driver, turn my device off and close the ebookwise librarian. And then start everything again. I am running under Windows XP SP2 . If anyone is able to help me out that would be great.

Thanks!
