NewsRob is one, though it requires a Google Reader account to work.
Benefits include that it can store material offline and it does work full screen. However I've had some reliability issues with syncing, but this could be my feeds rather than the app. Get it here: http://andappstore.com/AndroidApplications/apps/NewsRob |

I would highly recommend readerscope, which works with the google reader. It also can store pages offline, and do deep caching to get nytimes stories and such. Very nice for traveling so you don't have to waste money on magazines...

Just to warn you though, ReaderScope as of version 2.0 is a 5 day trial which then must be paid for. Though the developer still has the previous version available for free unlimited use, but it has fewer features.

I use the completely free version and it's great for my needs.
