Bad PDF output

I use a Bebook + openinkpot

I'm new to this area, just bought the device and am very satisfied with the exception of PDF's.
I've tried converting to epub, mobi, rtf with Calibre, but the result was never good.
It creates paragraphs and puts words in the next row where this shouldnt be the case, not at the end of sentences but in the middle of them.

I was browsing the forums a bit, but didnt find the solution till now.

Can you guys suggest me some solution for this?

Well, I converted the PDF to HTML firs and then to EPUB and it is better now.
