It is not so good for eyes to see colors like this during reading... but in case if people need Kindle just to show that they have someting different it can be the option...

I'm sure you can request something more subdued. I'd probably go with a dark, matte gray. Still, while I can understand that the labor that goes into this probably justifies the price, it's not worth it to me.
