by adding --config=/mnt/us/extensions/midori/ to the end of the big huge line calling midori, you can make some persistant changes to a config file, such as the directory to download files to. By using the dialogs, there is no simple way to choose that. midori –help-execute is supposed to show tons of options you can include in a config file.

in midori, I called about:versions and it shows some stuff..

Got a few things to fix and add to the next candidate. not least a tap-out on the power button

Gonna go with lipc-wait-event for that.

Also have to subscribe to a few new webkit events.

Burned yesterday attempting to recompile webkit - nasty process, that I'm still struggling with, error upon error, the joy.

overally it's a nice bit of kit when we get it locked down should be very serviceable.

parameter in the runin script also Now I'm trying to find the best default settings for browsing (zoom, minimum font heights, etc.). Upload still crashing on speedyshare, but guess it has not been fixed yet

okay to fix this we linked many of the long folder names to short capitalised one and two letter versions..

and re-ran the command thusly:

Well, the most crafty ARM devices to build things on are modern Android phones/tablets, bringing quadcores, up to 2 GHz and 2 GByte of RAM.

This is why using cross-compilers really is worth the hassle sometimes...

Yup. knc1 and I have been perusing a few nice "compilation" boxes...
some of the stuff has become far more affordable of late.

It's not the time aspect so much, as the supporting structures...

And since I HAVE to run it make -j 1 anyways... in fact the kindle is not that much slower than my PC maybe twice as slow. but meh

You are obviously right. but where is the fun i that?
