Baen Webscription Months for the Taking (to eligible takers)

I'm planning to order some Baen Webscription months—collections of freely redownloadable, non-DRM'd e-books from Baen Webscriptions.

Each month I buy, I can give away at the same time to someone who has not ordered or received a free gift from Baen yet.

Currently available:

March 2010
April 2010

OK, pilotbob. If you don't mind, I'm going to give it a few days just to let people who do have preferences claim one of the other months first. Then I'll give you whichever one's left.

I was checking out the webscription and looks like I can send a free gift for July '03 as well, anybody want one? I don't know if it'll work (since I am paying $0), but the gift box option was there. Just PM your email, first come first serve as RM stated above. It may not be till late tonight though, if it even works (can anybody confirm this?).

I've bought two future issues yesterday but I can't find a "gift" link in any of the emails. I'm sure I've done it before but it didn't seem to work this time. I wonder if it's because I paid with Paypal?

Yeah, they aren't able to offer the gifting option with PayPal because they don't actually receive the money for several days. Also, you can only gift one month per purchase, so if you want to gift multiple months, you should purchase Micropay sufficient to cover them all, then buy and dispatch them one at a time (like I'm doing).

Spooon, why don't you just send it to PilotBob? Get his email address from him and off you go.

That way I can make sure someone who wants it specifically gets my last month, and you can have access to your books.
