Hi my Kindle's screen does not work, what shall I do?

Assuming you've tried the obvious (charging the device for a while to make sure it's not just drained), email Amazon.

When you say that your Kindle's screen "does not work", is it simply frozen? Does the screen look entirely normal (in which case it's probably just a flat battery) or are there any curved lines or other marks visible on the screen (in which case you've probably fractured the screen substrate)?

As suggested above, try giving it a good charge for a couple of hours, then hold the powerswitch for 20 seconds for a full reboot. Try this a couple of times before contacting Amazon

A reboot will take some time, so grab a cup of coffè or something between attempts

Also would be good to know what Kindle variant you have... If the screen *is* fractured some are more economically viable to repair than others.
