Is a Kobo epub different to the calibre default?
Because I use a Kobo reader I use the Kobo setting when I output my converted ePubs. I got to thinking and wondered what specifically is the difference between leaving the setting to default ePub or Kobo ePub. If there is a difference does it affect how the ePub appears in other viewers? Should I even use the Kobo setting or just use the default to keep maximum compatibility down the track?

As far as I know the only thing that is optimised for epub output is some small things like the resolution of cover images.

Well that wouldn't be a deal breaker so I don't have to worry. Thanks.
