Calibre 0.7.7 crashes when iPad or iPhone 4 connected

Just a note that Calibre 0.7.7 crashes (repeatably) if I connect either my iPad or my iPhone 4 when Calibre is running.

Connecting the iPad/iPhone and then starting Calibre works successfully.

Are there any diagnostics I can provide to help fix the problem?

I tried it with an iPhone 4 and an iPod Touch 3G with iOS4 and no crash... but this is also on an iMac SL 10.6.4

I am also having no crashes with an iPad, Windows 7 and calibre 0.7.7 so the problem could be system specific (and thus hard to diagnose)

Run calibre from a command prompt as

calibre-debug -g

and post any output you see

I did that and now, of course, it's decided to work perfectly OK . I'll keep an eye on it and post output if it happens again. Thanks!
