I think I have found the right place!
Hello, I stumbled across the mobileread forums while researching readers and let me just say...WOW...there is a ton of information in here and I cant wait to decide which device will work for me so that I can start putting it all to good use. I currently reside in southeast Texas. I have to travel ever so often for my job and spend at least a week away from home so a reader would make things easier and more organized (not to mention lighter than lugging serveral books from one hotel room to another).
Thanks for putting together a great site! |

Oh, yes ... welcome. If you are looking for information, just don't wander into the Llounge. They'll twist your brain into a pretzel there, they will.

Hello and welcome! If you're a traveler and a reader, you will love an ereader.
But whatever you do, stay out of the lounge. |

I cant wait!...already saving websites that are offering free ebooks and have not been this excited since my last trip to the bookstore... **that was about 3 days ago hehehehe** Thanks again for all the info and help Oh yeah and the spouse is j-e-a-l-o-u-s |

Looked at the books we have here lately? You know you can download the Kindle1 users guide in pdf to your computer, right? Go here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/custom...deId=200317150 And click on "Kindle1 Users Guide, pdf" It will also come pre-loaded on your k1. Also, look at the "about your Kindle" pdf. This will be the paper version you get with your K1. enjoy!! |

It doesn't sound like a cake-walk being RickyMaveety either. (Did someone say cake? Is it chocolate?) I hope you're repairing quickly Ricky. How's the bodywork coming along? |
