700 not being detected

it was working with win 7 earlier, but now it just won't detect.

any ideas?

try another port, or maybe its a bug in Windows 7 since its not a finished operating system yet

yeah i tried other ports, and it worked with win 7 earlier. it just stopped working out of the blue one day.

Reset it using the hole in the back, restart the Sony, reboot your computer, then connect it all back up. Sometimes my Mac won't recognize the main volume after I've connected it a few times, but those steps fix my problem.

so a system rollback if you don't know what your doing.

if you do. plug in, go to the device manager, and delete the driver for the 700. (if you cant tell which it is unplug and replug in and look for changes)

replug in the reader, and it should work.
