Mac Development - Two "Preferences"

I'm wondering why the Mac version has the "true" preferences on the Calibre pulldown, yet there is also a "preferences" on main pulldown bar which contains the Welcome Wizard and Debug Mode. I think this confuses the new user and I also have a tendency to pull down the wrong one. Please consider renaming the "Welcome Wizard/Debug Mode prefs?"

It's being worked on. The issue is Qt (the GUI toolkit calibre uses) automatically detects and moves the preference menu item to its proper place and out of the menu.

Thanks much... I know it's a minor thing but should help new users.
