Load library from Kindle
version 0.7.7 ,Kindle 2, and WinXP
Can I load books from the Kindle to the Library ? Works fine the other direction. |

Plug in the kindle and go to the device view. Select the books you want to add to the library, then right click in the selection and choose 'Add books to library'.
This process does a normal add to library. Calibre goes to the folder containing the book, then runs the library 'Add Book' on the book. It gets the metadata from the book, not from any kindle cache that might exist. |
