Yeah I tried it yesterday but it doesn't convert tables (missing last column and similar) to epub or mobipocket.

works for me, if you have a specific file that has conversion errors, open a ticket for it, though since calibre relies on the chmlib library to convert chm to html and it sounds like your problem is in that stage of the process, it is unlikely to be fixed.

As far as I know XCHM is using this library and it is displaying the chm right.
