Got one of those myself. Doesnt make any difference to the contrast as far as I can tell. Doesnt do much in the way of antiglare, but it does reassure me that scratches on the surface of the reading pane will be minimised.

If glare is an issue I find that tilting the reader a tiny bit tends to fix that, so as it doesnt cause a problem.
