well the release notes appear in my docs as a tar.gz that I can't open :/
No sign of any new fonts, and I'm now getting "Unsuccessful" again |

I had a similar problem, mine was locking up at downloading-2.5-preupdate. After waiting for 20 min I tried resetting the device, thinking that either it already was bricked so what the ..... and it booted up ok, so I am going to try again. |

satill downloading...third part seems to be really huge...it's taking very long to download...but I don#t know how fast the irex server is...

ok, when it does manage to connect I get no sign of new fonts, and just this "release notes 2.5" which appears in my docs dir as a tar.gz file with a big X on it.

My release notes work OK.
Problem is...the sound is on...although I switched it off!!! ARGH! |

The device appears to be a lot faster and the constantly flickering status indicator is now off...nice so far.

no luck at connecting to the server (@office). i can't try this at home (wpa encrytion).
there has to be a way to download the update manually and install it over usb or lan. updating only over wlan seems just dumb to me. |
