Well at least 3 devices because the Plastic Logic device will be B&N store-compatible and have direct download capability.

Curious how did you came to that conclusion. It's not uncommon for FCC documents to remain confidential even after the device is available... I believe it all relies on the manufacturer to send a letter to the FCC to lift the confidentiality.
