Email? How?
I saw a rave review of the PRS 950.
One of the things mentioned is the capability to receive email. Is email received by going to a web sourced email handler? Or is their some way to have the 950 actually go retrieve email (like a smart phone)? |

Not sure which particular email system the review mentions, you can check google mail through the browser.

I'm not sure of the review, but web based email seems to be working well. I've tried gmail and all seems good.

It sounds like web based email is the only capability.
Can email be sent as well as received using web based email e.g. google mail? |

AFAIK the 950 doesn't have a mail client.
You need to use Webmail to access your e-mail. |
