Sony PRS 505 Database Corrupt

A strange problem happening since upgrading to 0.5.5, when I connect my reader Calibre reports that the database on the PRS505 is corrupt. It has reported this now on three different PC's when I connect my reader. Unplugging and plugging in does not correct the problem, I have to delete the .xml file and rebuild. I don't know if this is a calibre problem or a problem with the Sony, but it has only just started to happen.

Nothing has changed recently in the calibre SONY support, so most likely it is a problem with your device

I used to have this problem (using Sony's software). It started happening when I had close to full internal memory or more often when I had over 45 collections on the device.
