Wenn der Kindle keinen Strom verbraucht, solange die Darstellung nicht geändert wird, hat dann die "aus" Stellung (Schalter 7 Sekunden nach rechts drücken) einen Vorteil gegenüber dem "Standby"?

Elektronische Geräte brauchen immer Strom, wenn sie nicht komplett ausgeschaltet sind, die Frage ist immer nur, wieviel Strom für den "Kaltstart" und wieviel für den "Warmstart" gebraucht werden
Grundsätzlich gilt die Regel, daß bei kürzeren Pausen eher Standby/Keylock angebracht ist, bei längeren sollte man eher ausschalten. Ob das auf Reader so 100%ig übertragbar ist weiss ich leider noch nicht so genau, dafür waren die Unterschiede in beiden Betriebsarten nicht signifikant genug (Alltagsbetrieb, streng nicht-wissenschaftlich)
