Font's Acting Weird...

Screen-grab off of my iPad included in the attachment. Not sure why ePub only has two font options... but I selected the larger one, and it's still... well, tiny. Or just... oddly centered.

Honestly I don't even know what's going wrong with this file, all I know is that it was a pretty wonky PDF. I kept having to pinch-zoom to see the words properly so I thought I would convert it to ePub (which I was led to believe was the best format you can use on the Pad).

Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it up? It is still read-able, but it's... annoying.

EDIT:
I realize it's not so much the font as it is the unnecessarily huge margins.
