Yes, the Kobo price includes taxes, at least in these 2 cases (I think it's 10% GST).

In the US, Amazon doesn't indicate whether they'll charge tax on the ebook's page, but there's a list here.

Ok now I'm a bit confused, I know the Kobo price includes GST and so does Apple's but does Amazon's? If it does, the price difference does not correspond to the appropriate 10%.

I was just mentioning that Amazon doesn't include taxes on the book page in the US.

From your examples:

Alright, but still doesn't explain why the prices appear more in Australia because both websites are viewed when I am logged into an account registered in Australia.
